Cannolo Bottega is looking for an experienced, passionate Barista to join our team as we continue building a distinctive Italian-inspired espresso bar and boutique patisserie in Bradford.
This is not a typical coffee shop.
We are creating a classy, premium espresso bar built around exceptional coffee, refined service and the atmosphere of an Italian bottega — with carefully crafted espresso, Sicilian-inspired patisserie and a strong focus on quality.
THE ROLE
We are looking for someone who is confident behind a commercial espresso machine and understands that great coffee is about more than simply following a recipe.
You should have:
- Proven professional barista experience Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, dialing in and milk texturing Experience working with commercial espresso machines and grinders The ability to consistently produce high-quality espresso-based drinks A genuine passion for specialty coffee and hospitality Excellent attention to detail and presentation Confidence working in a busy service environment A naturally warm, professional and customer-focused manner Pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
Experience with lever espresso machines would be highly desirable.

We’re looking for someone who understands the difference between making coffee and making exceptional coffee.
You’ll be representing the Cannolo Bottega brand, so personality, presentation and professionalism matter just as much as technical ability.
Someone who takes pride in their craft, enjoys talking to customers about coffee and wants to be part of building something distinctive will fit perfectly into the team.
