At Marcol Plastics, we’ve been creating bespoke and industrial plastic fabrications since 1990. We’re proud of our reputation for quality and, as part of a larger plastics-focused group, we’re growing and looking for new people to join our workshop team.
What You’ll Do
- Use and look after workshop tools and equipment (don’t worry, we’ll train you).
- Work closely with the team to deliver quality products for our clients.
- Inspect finished pieces to make sure they meet our high standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Enthusiasm for practical, hands-on work and learning new skills.
- A good eye for detail and problem-solving ability.
- The ability to read drawings and dimensions accurately.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and follow guidance.
- Comfortable using hand tools or machinery (training provided).
- Any background in machining, fabrication, or manufacturing is helpful, but not required.
