An award-winning organisation, recognised as the Best Workplace 2026 and one of the UK’s Top 100 Best Workplaces for Development.
Role Location: Hybrid - Salisbury / Home with occasional travel to London/Belfast offices.
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9-5
Salary: £55k
About the role
We’re building a modern product function at Tedaisy, the group behind Perfect Pet Insurance and Now Pet Insurance, and we’re looking for a Product Manager to help us. You’ll join the Convert pod, which owns the quote, buy and checkout journeys that turn prospects into customers.
This is a genuine ground floor opportunity. Our product team is small and still taking shape, so you’ll have real influence over how we work; the standards we set, the tooling we choose and the direction we take – not just the features we ship.
The journey we’re on
We’re modernising our web journeys and moving from a delivery-led to a genuinely product-led way of working. That means starting from customer problems, making decisions with evidence, and validating assumptions through A/B testing.
You’ll be at the centre of that shift on new business, helping build journeys that are faster, clearer and easier to buy through.
How you’ll work
You’ll work closely in a trio with a Lead Engineer and a Designer, jointly responsible for the Convert experience end to end. It’s a collaborative, hands-on setup with a lot of autonomy and a short path from idea to live.
Our stack is AI-enabled – we use Claude across the team – underpinned by the Microsoft suite, with Miro for collaboration and Figma for design. For insight and experimentation we use Google Analytics, Hotjar and Amplitude. You’ll help shape this toolset as the team grows.
What you’ll do
Shape and deliver the product
-
Turn conversion problems into well-scoped, measurable work, each with a clear hypothesis, success measure and acceptance criteria.
- Build and optimise the quote and checkout journeys to lift conversion.
- Find and remove friction and drop-out at the key steps in the buy journey.
- Write clear user stories and requirements, and work with your engineer and designer through refinement so work is ready to build.
- Own and prioritise the team roadmap, making day-to-day trade-offs.
Learn through experimentation
-
Design, run and read A/B tests, using the results to decide what ships and what doesn’t.
- Use analytics, session recordings and customer feedback to spot opportunities and size them.
- Track outcomes after release and feed the learnings back into the roadmap.
Help set the bar
-
Help define how the product team works – our standards, rituals, tooling and roadmap.
- Build strong working relationships across Engineering, Design, Data, Ops, Marketing and Compliance
- Champion the customer and keep journeys consistent across Perfect Pet and Now Pet.
Experience, Qualifications & Skills
What we're looking for (essential)
-
Around 2–4 years in a product role (Product Manager, Product Owner or equivalent)
- A track record of owning a product area or backlog end to end - from framing the problem through to shipping and measuring the outcome, not just writing tickets
- Confident making prioritisation and trade-off calls, and comfortable working hand-in-hand with engineers and designers in a small, autonomous team
- Fluent with data, using analytics and customer insight to frame problems, shape decisions and measure whether something worked
- A genuine appetite for experimentation and A/B testing, and enthusiasm for helping establish it as a way of working (we're early on this journey ourselves)
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain decisions in plain language to technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to help shape how a young product team works - its standards, rituals and tooling
Nice to have (not essential)
-
Experience with e-commerce, checkout or quote-and-buy journeys, and improving conversion funnels
- Experience with aggregator or price-comparison traffic
- Experience in insurance, financial services or another regulated industry
- Hands-on experience with tools in our stack — Figma, Miro, Google Analytics, Hotjar or Amplitude

- Your birthday off (paid)
- 4 x salary life assurance
- Company pension
- Healthcare including 24/7 GP advise & mental health helpline
- Employee assistance programme
- Discretionary lunch provided to assist with cost of living
