ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

This isn't just another Assistant General Manager role.
We're looking for an ambitious hospitality leader to join the opening team of a world-first competitive
socialising concept, helping launch a venue unlike anything else. The concept merges an immersive journey
with cutting edge technology to provide a seamless guest experience.
The team behind this has scaled venue’s across the UK and have plans and ambitions to take this new concept
even further
This is a genuine opportunity for someone who wants to be part of an exciting pre-opening journey, work
alongside an experienced leadership team, and develop into a General Manager as the business grows.
You'll play an important role in bringing the venue to life — supporting the development of the team,
maintaining exceptional operational standards, and helping deliver an outstanding guest experience from day
one. Much of the groundwork will already be underway, giving you the opportunity to build on strong
foundations while making a genuine impact.
THE ROLE
- Support the successful launch of a brand-new venue
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training
- Drive high standards across service, operations and guest experience
- Support labour, stock and day-to-day operational performance
- Work closely with the General Manager to help shape the future of the business
- Must have good working knowledge around booking platforms and CRMs
WORKING PATTERN
- This role covers a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, in line with the demands of a high-volume
hospitality venue
- Weekends off can be arranged where needed — we're happy to talk flexibility
ABOUT YOU
You'll already be an Assistant General Manager, Deputy Manager or an experienced General Manager who is
excited by the opportunity to join a unique project from the very beginning.
You'll be a natural leader with strong operational knowledge, a passion for developing people, and the ambition
to grow your career within an exciting new brand.
