This is an exciting, fast-paced acquisition marketing role within Leigh Day's Group Claims team. The role is focused on delivering measurable results through innovative, efficient and compliant marketing strategies that support large-scale, high-impact legal claims. Our wide reaching and impactful class action claims are frequently in the news and presently include claims like the diesel emissions claim, the River Wye pollution claim and the equal pay claims against supermarkets like Tesco and Asda.
As a trusted Business Partner to senior stakeholders, you will take ownership of a portfolio of group claims, leading the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive claimant acquisition and support litigation objectives. You will work closely with legal teams who are committed to achieving justice and delivering meaningful change through their work.
The role requires a balance of pace and precision — someone who can think quickly and creatively while ensuring all activity is robust, defensible and compliant with SRA regulations.
You will also play a key role in developing and managing a high-performing team, embedding strong processes and continuously evolving our approach to group claims acquisition to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes.
