Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Tradesman/woman to work independently on medium sized renovations. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and construction tasks across multiple trades. This role offers the opportunity to utilise a broad skill set in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the successful completion of diverse projects. The ideal applicant will have experience in several trades, be adaptable, and committed to delivering high standards of workmanship.

Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry tasks including studwork and fitting
- Undertake plumbing tasks including installation, repairs, and maintenance of pipes and fixtures
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for various tasks
- Fabricate components or structures as required for projects
- Strong project planning abilities and comfortable working independently to ensure timely completion
- Comfortable working towards realistic deadlines
- Experience in painting is desirable
- Experience in tiling is desirable
- Experience in bathroom fitting is very desirable
- A MIX OF MULTIPLE TRADES IS NECESSARY HOWEVER EACH MULTI TRADE WILL BE INDEPENDENTLY REVIEWED, ALL TRADES ARE NOT ESSENTIAL BUT HIGHLY DESIRABLE, SO PLEASE BE SURE TO APPLY
Skills
- Proven experience in carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting and electrical work
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools essential for multiple trades
- Strong knowledge of materials
- Ability to adapt quickly to different tasks and work environments
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Physical fitness suitable for manual labour tasks such as lifting
- Strong commitment to health and safety regulations on site
