Oversee daily shift responsibilities of Restaurant Waiters and Supervisors within a premium setting

Support with the training, development, motivation, and monitoring of team members, ensuring teams are up to date with the evolving à la carte menu

Appropriately address all guest concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accurate knowledge of all restaurant and menu information, ensuring each visit feels considered

Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence

No degree required

Experience managing and leading large teams in a fine-dining hospitality environment

Knowledge of the fine-dining and the Food & Beverage industry, preferably within hospitality and catering environments

Skills in communication, leadership, teamwork, attention to detail, organisation, strategic thinking, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
