BAR SUPERVISOR
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bar Supervisor to join The Ape & Apple in Manchester City Centre
As bar supervisor, you’ll play a central role in the day-to-day running of the bar & food. You’ll lead from the front, take ownership of key shifts, support and develop the team, and help drive food & drink sales.

Interested? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- At least 6 months’ experience in hospitality - specially bar work.
- A confident, approachable person who enjoys motivating and developing a team
- A genuine passion for pubs, people, and delivering excellent beer and service
- Comfortable running shifts independently, including opening and closing the venue
- Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Creative flair for events, promotions, and social media engagement
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

Pay: £13.00 per hour (negotiable)
