About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Waterproofing & Damp Surveyor to join our growing team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled surveyor with strong sales ability to play a key role in both diagnosing issues and converting opportunities into work.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed damp and waterproofing surveys across residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose issues including rising damp, penetrating damp, condensation, and waterproofing failures
- Prepare clear, professional reports with recommended remedial solutions
- Provide accurate quotations and specifications for works
- Convert survey opportunities into confirmed projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure all work complies with current regulations and industry best practice
Requirements
- CSSW (Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing)
- CSTDB (Certificated Surveyor of Timber & Dampness in Buildings)
- Proven experience in damp and waterproofing surveying
- Strong sales track record with the ability to convert leads into work
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Full UK driving licence
