Job Description:
Norley Hall Care Home is seeking a Bank Care Assistant for both days and nights to work in a popular residential/dementia care home
This successful applicant would be responsible for assisting with personal support for elderly residents, attending to their daily needs and providing a standard of care that goes over and above, enhancing the lives of individuals in a beautiful and thriving environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a care environment and be able to have a flexible availability, be friendly with a positive can do attitude, make a difference in the lives of the residents, preferably you will live local to the care home or able to commute to the Greater Manchester area.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 2 or working towards
- Ability to pass a background check
- We are unable to provide sponsorship for this position
- Knowledge of dementia or willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
