Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Evening Team Members to join our vibrant bar and hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively environment, delivering exceptional service to our guests during evening hours. Previous experience in catering, serving, or food preparation is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they receive attentive service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Serve drinks and food items in accordance with health and safety standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the service area
- Ensure the bar area is well-stocked, clean, and presentable at all times
- Uphold food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to guarantee guest satisfaction
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, ensuring the venue remains tidy and welcoming
Skills
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, including weekends, in accordance with shift requirements
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
