Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate serving times and customer satisfaction
- Train new team members in food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and service standards
- Contribute to menu development by suggesting new dishes and seasonal specials
- Maintain a positive working environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and high morale
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a culinary or restaurant environment with demonstrated cooking skills
- Supervising experience within a busy kitchen setting
- Strong knowledge of food production, safety standards, and hygiene regulations
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities
- Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant service is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
