Duties

- Use hand tools and power tools to perform precise electrical work efficiently
- Troubleshoot electrical issues by diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions
- Conduct routine maintenance on electrical systems to prevent potential failures
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to complete projects on time and within scope
- Document work performed, including inspections, repairs, and upgrades for record-keeping purposes
- Ensure all work complies with local regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience working with electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, as well as power tools like drills and saws
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards
- Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting
- Valid electrician’s license or certification as required by local regulations (preferred but not mandatory)
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
