Duties
- Oversee daily operations and ensure that all activities align with the company’s strategic goals.
- oversee and run all fundraising.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate public relations initiatives to enhance the company’s image and outreach efforts.
- Facilitate training and development programmes for staff to improve performance and engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management on operational effectiveness.
Skills
- Proven experience in a managerial role with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Proficiency in Raiser Edge or similar fundraising software is highly desirable.
- Excellent public relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various channels.
- Strong relationship management skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data to inform decision-making.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with an aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating initiative and creativity in overcoming challenges.
