Social Media content creator/Manager
A UK based Hotel/restaurant and banqueting company is seeking a part-time Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join their team working on a self employed basis.
The Nineteenth Bar & Kitchen and hotel is situated in the market town of Barnsley. The restaurant is high volume and seats 200. Above is a 41 bedroomed hotel and situated directly opposite the hotel is a 220 capacity conference and banqueting suite.
We are now looking for an experienced Marketing and online Social Media Coordinator to support our business development. This role will be based onsite working 10 hours over two days, with scheduled meetings to discuss progress and tasks.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role will manage content marketing and social media activity to increase brand awareness, grow online presence and increase engagement with the target audience.
- Creatively reinforce and build a strong brand narrative that connects with the companies audience
- Create educational and inspiring creative content including; posts, videos, stories over Facebook, instagram and Tiktok
- Execute all sponsored and brand partner content to a high quality
- Grow social media followers and brand presence across all social channels
- Oversee all paid advertising campaigns on social media
- Manage photography and editing of product shots
- Marketing and Graphic Design

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Marketing or Graphic Design qualifications
- 2 years or more experience growing social platforms
- Experienced with creating content, targeting an audience and managing advertising
- Examples of how growth has been achieved for previous social platforms managed Specific Skills Essential
- Excellent technical ability in Adobe suite for graphic design and content creation. Able to think up original design ideas and execute well designed content that reflects our brand values and identity
- Excellent knowledge of all social channels with a strong focus on Facebook, instagram and Tiktok
- Managing the photography for social media content and website
Must be able to work onsite two days a week on a self employed basis
