Job title: Head of Growth
Reports to: CEO
Salary: Starting £75,000.00 + Bonuses
Work Location: Office based role in Debden, Essex, IG10. Two minutes from Debden station on the Central Line and free parking if you drive.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a fast-paced, growing B2C ecommerce scale-up which is helping hundreds of thousands in the UK save money every day. JamDoughnut is one of the UK's leading cashback apps, helping hundreds of thousands of members earn real money back on their everyday spending at the brands they already love.
We are looking for a hands-on Head of Growth responsible for growing JamDoughnut's user base and turning new registrations into active, engaged members. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own our acquisition and engagement performance end-to-end; personally planning and executing campaigns across paid media, CRM and social channels, managing a six-figure annual performance budget, and leading a small marketing team as the function scales.
What you’ll do
Acquisition
● Launch and scale paid social from zero: Meta and TikTok are yours to build
● Optimise our established Google App Campaigns and Apple Search Ads accounts
● Own and evolve our member referral programme
● Own App Store optimisation across iOS and Android
● Direct our influencer and organic social strategy through your direct report
Activation & engagement
● Own the CRM programme: build multi-channel lifecycle journeys (push, email, in-app) that turn registrations into active, transacting members
● Design and run experiments across onboarding, activation and retention
● Build a testing culture: creative, audiences, incentives, messaging
Measurement & Leadership
● Own CAC, activation and engagement KPIs, reporting directly to the CEO
● Use AppsFlyer, our event data and cohort analysis to decide where every pound goes
● Manage, coach and grow the marketing team as the function scales
What we're looking for
You'll need:
- 5–8+ years in B2C consumer-app growth or performance marketing
- Proven hands-on experience launching and scaling Meta and TikTok paid social from scratch.
- Experience running Google App Campaigns and/or Apple Search Ads with meaningful budgets
- Built multi-channel lifecycle/CRM journeys
- Fluency in mobile attribution (AppsFlyer or similar MMP), cohort analysis an CAC/LTV economics
- A track record of personally scaling monthly paid spend (e.g. from £20k to £50k+) while holding efficiency
- Player-coach experience: you've managed one or two people while staying deeply hands-on

- Fintech, cashback, loyalty or rewards experience
- Referral programme design and optimisation
- Influencer marketing oversight
- ASO experience
- Ability to brief and direct UGC/ad creative
