It's about understanding a client's vision, guiding them through the process and helping them create something exceptional.

Who we're looking for
This role could suit someone from a variety of backgrounds.
Perhaps you've sold:
- Luxury kitchens
- Bathrooms
- Interior design
- High-end furniture
- Premium glazing
- Bespoke homes
- Estate agency
- Jewellery
- Luxury retail
- Other premium products where customers value expertise rather than pressure.
You'll probably enjoy interiors, architecture or home design and naturally take pride in helping customers make exciting decisions.
You'll be someone who:
- Builds trust easily.
- Loves creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Is naturally organised and follows up when you say you will.
- Enjoys working with affluent homeowners and understands premium service.
- Takes genuine pride in helping customers bring their vision to life.
- Wants to build a long-term career within a growing business.
Previous experience with steel doors isn't important.
Your ability to build relationships is.
The role
You'll work exclusively with warm enquiries generated through our marketing.
You'll guide homeowners from their initial enquiry through to ordering, helping them choose products that perfectly suit their home.
You'll:
- Understand each client's project and aspirations.
- Advise on products, layouts and design options.
- Prepare quotations.
- Manage your own pipeline through HubSpot.
- Work closely with our surveying and operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
