RENOVATUS is a new Refurbishment Construction business that operates in the growing residential care sector. Although new it is a sister company of two very well established businesses operating in the same sector.
We are a very ambitious and forward-thinking company and we are currently looking for a highly-driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team initially in Chester then moving to a new HQ in Liverpool during 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has a genuine interest in playing an active role in shaping and contributing to the strategic growth of the business.
About the Role - Quantity Surveyor
The successful candidate will lead and deliver refurbishment projects in the healthcare sector.
You’ll be responsible to help provide quantity surveying and cost advisory services alongside contract administration, project & fund monitoring, project management and procurement strategy.
This role offers genuine involvement in the future direction and growth of the business. You will take on a strategic position with real influence, clear progression opportunities and strong support for ongoing professional and career development.
About You -
- A degree in Quantity Surveying
- Confident, commercially aware and client-facing
- Some experience delivering Construction & Refurbishment projects (ideally in the healthcare sector)
- Able to manage yourself and deliver projects independently

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
