About us
Super Deal Wholesale Ltd is an established independent wholesaler supplying retailers across the UK. We stock thousands of products across a wide range of categories and are continuing to grow and develop our business.
We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our warehouse and lead our small warehouse team.
The role

You will supervise a team of approximately 3–4 warehouse operatives and make sure the warehouse runs efficiently throughout the day.
This is a hands-on role. You will work alongside the team and be actively involved in picking, packing, goods-in, replenishment and general warehouse duties.
At the same time, you will be responsible for looking at the bigger picture – deciding what needs to be prioritised, allocating work across the team, keeping everyone focused and making sure the day's work gets completed.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative and responsibility rather than waiting to be told what needs doing.
