We are a growing dessert ghost kitchen specialising in premium desserts and non-alcoholic cold drinks. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dessert Preparation Assistant to support our kitchen operations by preparing desserts and drinks to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble desserts according to company recipes and presentation standards.
- Prepare cold drinks, milkshakes, mocktails, iced coffees, and other beverages.
- Portion toppings, sauces, fruits, and ingredients ready for service.
- Package desserts and drinks for customer collection and delivery.
- Label orders accurately before dispatch.
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies throughout shifts.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation at all times.
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods.
