(Fully Remote Working - Part Time - Fixed Term Contract)

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Sales Executive, will be responsible for growing sales of apprenticeship programmes through the specific Open Cohort route to market.
The role sits within the Sales & Marketing team and will require working collaboratively across sales, marketing, operations, quality and compliance.
This integral role will be responsible for achieving the annual sales target for our open cohort apprenticeship programmes and act as a key driver of revenue for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to nurture our Key Accounts and customers with a view to maintain and expand the sales opportunities with them
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for Open Cohorts and achieve associated targets:
- Develop relationships with existing customers and new businesses
- Work with key decision makers across organisations to drive apprenticeship/Levy spend
- Deliver high quality learner engagement presentations to build interest and commitment to programmes
- Manage the application & suitability of candidates
- Contract Negotiation and Management
- Work closely with Operational, Quality and Compliance teams to ensure key information is well managed and clearly communicated
- System (CRM/LMS/Sharepoint/Trello) management and administration
- Manage the pipeline of learners, ensuring early and proactive action to build demand
- Support the Marketing team with initiatives such as webinars, events and lead/enquiry management
What we are looking for
- 2+ year’s experience of working successfully within a B2B sales/account management role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including high standards of written communication)
- Collaborative and able to build relationships quickly
- Able to identify relevant opportunities
- Organised, diligent and able to implement practices to meet our Quality & Compliance requirements
- Strong prioritization skills keeping multiple activities running simultaneously with a good sense of initiative
- Previous experience within the training/education/apprenticeship space desirable but not essential
- Confident using a multitude of IT systems
The Offer

- A flexible part time opportunity (20-24+ hours per week) starting in August/September for 10 months minimum
- Salary £28-30,000 (Full Time Equivalent) dependent on experience
- Remote/Homeworking with a small travel requirement, so access to a car would be advantageous
