Bincho is a modern Japanese yakitori restaurant in the heart of Brighton, specialising in charcoal-grilled chicken skewers and authentic Japanese dishes.
We're looking for passionate and motivated kitchen staff who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to grow their cooking skills.

Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients for service
- Cook dishes to a consistently high standard
- Work across different kitchen sections
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Support your teammates during busy service
- Help with stock rotation and daily kitchen organisation
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work well under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for food and hospitality
