Responsibilities

- Support medication administration procedures under supervision, adhering to safety standards
- Ensure the pharmacy environment remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Assist with stock management, including ordering and receiving supplies
- Handle patient enquiries professionally, offering compassionate support and information
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a pharmacy technician or in a similar role is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and pharmacy software systems
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to minimise errors
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A recognised qualification or certification in pharmacy assistance or related field is advantageous
