We’re looking for caring and committed individuals to support children and young people in a safe, supportive residential setting.
This is a rewarding role where you’ll help young people build confidence, develop independence, and achieve positive outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Support young people in daily routines and activities
- Build positive, trusting relationships
- Promote wellbeing, independence, and life skills
- Manage behaviour using supportive approaches
- Work with families and professionals
- Keep clear and accurate records
- Take part in sleep-in shifts (£60 per sleep)
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for working with children and young people
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Resilience and a calm, caring approach
- Understanding of safeguarding (or willingness to learn)
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins
Desirable:
- Experience in care or residential settings
- Full UK driving licence
