Hours: 40 hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm)

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Workshop Operative to join our friendly team in Bristol.

The Role
No two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for manufacturing our products for construction sites across the UK while also supporting our workshop team with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
. Learn and carry out production of fibrous plaster products as required.
· Assist with workshop production and general workshop duties.
· Carry out stock checks and help keep the workshop organised.
· Support workshop and site maintenance tasks.
· Provide excellent customer service at all times.
· Follow all company Health & Safety procedures.
· Load and unload company vehicles.
· Deliver plaster mouldings, materials, tools and equipment safely and on time.
What We’re Looking For
· Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
· Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Good communication and customer service skills.
· Able to work independently and as part of a team.
· Physically fit and happy with manual handling.
· Flexible approach to working hours when required.
· construction experience is desirable but not essential.
