About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Roofer to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will have proven roofing experience, take pride in their workmanship and be able to work professionally and independently on domestic roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out roof repairs, maintenance and installation work.
Work on pitched and flat roofing systems.
Replace and repair roof tiles, slates, battens and felt.
Carry out leadwork, flashing, valleys and pointing.
Repair and install gutters, fascias and soffits where required.
Identify roofing defects and recommend appropriate repairs.
Work safely at height and follow all health and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and professional working environment.
Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
Complete work to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Roofer.
Good knowledge of roofing materials, techniques and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
Full UK driving licence is essential.
Previous experience working on domestic roofing projects is highly desirable.
CSCS or relevant roofing qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
