Home Care Assistant (3 days per week including Friday's and Alternate Weekends) – No Experience Needed

We are looking for kind, reliable Home Care Assistants to support our clients during our most popular times of day; Morning, Afternoon and Evening's.
We require all Care Professionals to work Friday's and alternate weekends.
This role is perfect for early birds or evening workers who want rewarding, person centred work that makes a real difference.

We welcome people of all backgrounds — if you are caring and reliable, we’ll train you.
You must have:
- A car and valid UK driving licence (business insurance required)
- Right to work in the UK - we cannot offer sponsorship
- At present we only have capacity for female applicants only, due to client care and dignity needs
✅ Locations
You must live within easy travel distance (around 5 miles of either St Albans, Radlett or Harpenden).
We cover the following areas: St Albans, Harpenden, Radlett, Redbourn, Wheathampstead, London Colney & surrounding villages.

✅ What You’ll Do
- Personal care (washing, dressing, grooming)
- Meal preparation & light housekeeping
- Support with medication
- Companionship & social visits
- Accompanying clients to appointments
Every visit is at least 1 hour, giving you time to deliver high quality care.
