Based in the heart of Media City, Kidzrus Nursery is excited to be recruiting an inspirational Room Leader to join our growing team. Due to increased demand for places, we now have opportunities available in both our Preschool and Toddler rooms.
Kidzrus Media City is a unique and diverse setting that places a strong focus on staff and children’s well‑being, creating a community built on play‑based learning and real-life experiences.
Available Contracts
- 35 hours per week (4 days)
- 41.25 hours per week (5 days)
We offer a competitive pay scheme, above minimum wage brackets for qualifications held. Pay is dependent on age brackets in line with NMW and relevant experience.
Job Requirements
- Level 3 Childcare qualification – £13.50
- A genuine passion for childcare and child development
- Practitioners who role model the ethos and values of the nursery
- Flexibility within your role
- Experience as a key worker
- Ability to build strong, positive relationships with children and parents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Openness to feedback to ensure the best outcomes for children
