Samphire Kitchen is looking for an experienced, hard working and passionate sous chef. This position would suit an existing sous chef or a junior looking for the next step in there career. They would work closely together with the head chef and executive chef to manage to kitchen day to day as well as progress menus and development within the team.
Experience in a similar kitchen or restaurant is required however training will be given. Please only apply if you are on island. applicants off island will not be considered.
