Rens Kitchen is a small, friendly cafe and catering company dedicated to providing delicious food and excellent service. We make all our own food from scratch, from foccaccia, daily cake specials and savoury bakes. We are looking for a baker to join our team, bringing passion and experience in order to help maintain our standards and take to the next level!
Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, and cakes.
Ensure all baked items meet quality and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.
Assist in menu development for baked products.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Follow food safety regulations diligently.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a baker in a busy environment.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Good communication skills and team spirit.
