- Job Title: Mobile Response/Static Officer

Role Overview:
A Mobile Response Officer is a skilled security professional responsible for patrolling multiple sites, responding swiftly to alarms, locking & unlocking client’s premises and managing incidents across a wide area service delivery area using a company vehicle. You will also provide a dynamic and flexible security presence, enabling rapid deployment and comprehensive coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Locks & Unlocks: Perform scheduled visits to securely lock and unlock clients' premises.
- Mobile Patrols: Conduct regular and random patrols to deter criminal activity and ensure the safety of premises and personnel.
- Alarm Response & Keyholding: Respond promptly to alarm activations, perform thorough site inspections, and manage locking and unlocking of buildings.
- Incident Management: Address disturbances, security breaches, or emergencies calmly and professionally, coordinating with control rooms and emergency services as needed.
- Property Inspections: Inspect entry points, perimeters, and sensitive areas for signs of tampering or suspicious activity.
- Technology: Proficient in using mobile applications for navigation & reporting (training is provided)
- Reporting: Accurately document incidents, patrol activities, and observations, providing real-time updates to management or control centres.
- Vehicle Management: Operate and maintain company vehicles responsibly, equipped with telematics for monitoring.
- Customer Interaction: Deliver a visible security presence, offering support to clients with professionalism and effective communication.
- Static Guarding: Occasional static guarding requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- SIA Frontline Licence: Required for security operations within the UK.
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence: Necessary due to the use of company vehicles.
- Screening: Unrestricted right to work in the UK & ability to pass BS7858 vetting and screening (5-year checkable history)
- Experience: Prior security experience is advantageous but not mandatory; comprehensive training is provided.
- Skills: Strong observational abilities, sound decision-making under pressure, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
- Personal Requirements: Reliable, presentable, punctual, and flexible
Work Environment:
- Shift Patterns: Typically, 12-hour shifts, covering day, night, and weekend duties.
- Equipment Provided: Liveried company vehicle, fuel card & company mobile phone provided during mobile response shifts
- Dynamic Role: Combines patrol duties, alarm responses, site inspections, and customer service engagements.
- Parking: Free on-site parking
