We are looking for an experienced and reliable Line Chef / Kitchen Supervisor to join the team at The Vale Hotel in Cricklade.
Our food offering focuses on Caribbean-inspired dishes, burgers, seafood, small plates and contemporary comfort food, with smoked brisket also forming part of the menu. The brisket itself will be cooked separately, so this role will involve preparing, portioning and finishing it for service rather than managing the smoking process.
This is a hands-on kitchen role with additional responsibility for helping organise the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including stock control, food ordering and staff scheduling.
