General Labourer – Training & Progression Available

Driving licence is essential.
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking General Labourer to join our team.
No experience is necessary – what matters most to us is your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn. We will teach you the skills you need, and the more you learn and the more responsibility you take on, the more you can earn.
The role will involve a variety of hands-on work, including:
- General workshop and labouring duties
- Assisting with welding and fabrication
- Learning to weld and develop practical engineering skills
- Assisting with site installations
- Loading, unloading and moving materials
- Keeping the workshop and work areas clean and organised
- Working as part of a team to complete jobs to a high standard
