About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Diamond Setter with proven experience in micro setting and the ability to work confidently with hard materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting diamonds to an exceptional standard on our luxury grillz and bespoke jewellery pieces.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding attention to detail, excellent hand skills, and experience setting small diamonds in challenging materials while maintaining a flawless finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform precision micro setting of diamonds and other gemstones.
- Set stones into hard materials.
- Produce clean, accurate, and secure settings to a luxury standard.
- Inspect work to ensure quality, symmetry, and durability.
- Work closely with our design and production team to bring bespoke client commissions to life.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure consistently high-quality workmanship.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a professional diamond setter.
- Strong background in micro pavé, bead, grain, and micro setting techniques.
- Demonstrable experience setting stones into hard materials.
- Excellent microscope or magnification work skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistently high standards.
- Experience in bespoke or luxury jewellery manufacturing is highly desirable.
