As a Senior Residential Support Worker your life skills experience and nurturing nature will play a massive part in helping our young people to learn how to live happily laugh lots and love safely.
Your role will require you to lead a team following a shift plan and deliver daily, reporting each day to Deputy manager.
Effective leadership management motivation and time management required to ensure all children's needs are met daily in line with statutory guidance and expectations.

Salary range quoted includes average of 8 Sleeps per month, which are paid at £55 per sleep.

- Outside of residential child care: 2 years (preferred)
- Residential Childcare: 2 years (required)

- NVQ Level 3 or 4 Health & Social Residential child care (required)
