Duties

- Conduct thorough security checks, including bag searches and ID verification, to prevent unauthorized access
- Maintain vigilant surveillance of the premises to deter theft, vandalism, and other disturbances
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents or emergencies, including providing first aid when necessary
- Enforce venue rules with tact and professionalism, managing crowd control during busy periods or special events
- Record detailed incident reports and log entries accurately to ensure comprehensive documentation of daily activities
Skills
- Strong understanding of loss prevention techniques to protect assets and minimize theft or damage
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences while maintaining authority and professionalism
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies or challenging situations
- Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) Door Supervisor license is essential for legal compliance
