What you'll do
Every shift is an opportunity to brighten someone's day. You'll:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care with dignity and respect.
- Support residents with personal care, evening routines and preparing for a comfortable night.
- Encourage independence and spend quality time with residents through conversation and activities.
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families.
- Work alongside GPs, district nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Is kind, compassionate and enjoys helping others.
- Has great communication and teamwork skills.
- Has a positive, proactive approach to care.
- Holds an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (preferred).
- Has previous care home experience (preferred).
