We are currently expanding our coaching team and are looking for a dedicated coach to join our system. This role is designed for someone seeking long-term development within a structured, performance-focused environment.
Role Overview
As an Online Performance Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-level coaching to clients, ensuring strong communication, accountability, and consistent progress.
You will work within an established coaching system and receive ongoing mentorship and development.

- Starting salary: £2,400/month + commission
- 8% commission on client re-signs

Stage 5 – Final Interview
Final discussion with senior leadership.
