What Is expected:
- Maintaining and transforming gardens into stunning spaces.
- Tackling soft landscaping projects and keeping plant beds, hedges, and lawns in tip-top condition.
- Managing annuals, perennials, shrubs and other plants.
- Proactively solving issues, like identifying plant pests or diseases ( mildew, aphids blackspot, fungus etc).
- Irrigation repairs , battery changes, node replacements and computer resetting.
- Garden clearances , jet washing , Planting,
What You Need:
- Reference From Previous Employer
- Horticultural Knowledge: NVQ Level 2, RHS qualification, or equivalent experience.
- Tool Competency: You’ll need confidence with hedge cutters, jet washers, strimmers, mowers, blowers, and hand tools.
- Smartphone/Laptop Competency: Comfortable using apps on your smartphone/laptop ( Job Notes, Parking, Navigation etc).
- Customer Service Pro: You’re the friendly face clients trust to bring their vision to reality and the person they trust to keep their property safe.
- Physically Fit and Adaptable: Landscaping can be hard work, weather patterns shift and we need to adapt quickly.
- Driving Licence (2-Year Minimum): Preferably a clean licence and previous experience driving a small van. (Not essential for Assistants)

Experience:
- Gardening: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Clean Driving Licence with more than 2 years experience. (preferred)
