We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to support our busy kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a professional events environment, working alongside experienced chefs and contributing to the successful delivery of memorable occasions. What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting chefs with food preparation as required
- Supporting daily kitchen operations
- Liaising with chefs, waiting staff and operations to contribute to smooth running of prep shifts and service
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Helping with deliveries, stock storage, and kitchen organisation
- Assisting with kitchen porter duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliability and punctuality
- Previous experience in a similar fast paced environment
- Ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- An interest in food and culinary practices

Availability: Evening and weekend work is essential. Fully flexible candidates are preferred.
