Responsibilities
- Assist licensed pharmacists with dispensing medications and managing prescriptions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and offering medication guidance.
- Support inventory management and stock organization.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate medication delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to pharmacy regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance pharmaceutical knowledge.
- Document patient interactions and medication records accurately.
- Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a pharmacy or related healthcare program.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Basic IT skills for managing pharmacy software.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities are a plus.
