Role overview
We are a growing dental group operating over 15 practices. We are looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to take ownership of all of our marketing across every site. You will run our digital, social and print activity, keep our online reputation strong, gather content from our practices and clinicians, and drive attendance to our treatment open days.
This is a hands-on, cross-site role. You will spend time out on the road visiting practices as well as working on campaigns, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
Key details
- Hours: Full-time or Part time
- Location: Across all practices, with regular travel between sites and a base location to be agreed.
- Scope: Marketing across all group practices — digital, social, Google, print and events.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver the marketing plan across all practices, keeping messaging and branding consistent group-wide.
- Manage all digital channels — the websites, Google (Business Profiles, search and paid ads), SEO and email — to grow enquiries and new patient registrations.
- Plan, create and schedule social media content for each practice, and grow engagement and following.
- Manage print and offline marketing — leaflets, posters, signage, local press and mailers.
- Visit practices regularly to understand what each site needs, support the teams, and see campaigns through on the ground.
- Lead our approach to reviews and reputation — put systems in place to encourage patient reviews, monitor them across platforms, and respond appropriately.
- Gather marketing content from practices — patient stories and testimonials (with consent), before-and-after cases, photos, video and staff features.
- Plan and promote treatment open days and events, driving bookings and attendance and following up on leads afterwards.
- Track performance across channels and report on enquiries, bookings, cost per lead and return on spend, adjusting activity based on results.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, printers and suppliers, and keep marketing spend within budget.
- Make sure all marketing meets relevant advertising and dental regulatory standards (e.g. GDC guidance and ASA rules).
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally covering both digital and offline channels.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and Google (Business Profiles and/or Google Ads).
- A good eye for content — able to gather, create and coordinate photos, video and copy that reflect the brand.
- Organised and self-motivated, comfortable managing multiple practices and priorities at once.
- Confident working with clinical and practice teams to get the content and buy-in you need.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
- Understanding of, or willingness to learn, marketing rules relevant to healthcare and dentistry.
Desirable
- Experience marketing within dental, healthcare or another regulated / multi-site environment.
- Skills in design or video editing (e.g. Canva, Adobe) and email marketing tools.
- Experience running events or open days.
What you'll get
A varied, hands-on role with genuine ownership of marketing across a growing group, the chance to shape how we present ourselves, and the support to try new ideas and see their impact.
