Your RoleAs a Care Support Worker, you will:
- Provide personal care and practical support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living activities and promote independence
- Build positive, respectful, and trusting relationships
- Support clients with their individual care plans
- Maintain accurate records and report any concerns appropriately
- Help improve the wellbeing and quality of life of those you support
What We're Looking For
- A caring, patient, and compassionate nature
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- Previous home care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided
