Diagnostics Sales and Technical Support
Job Description:
Hickleys Ltd is a longstanding family run business in Taunton, Somerset. In 2025 we celebrated 100 years in business.
We require an additional person to join our fast paced Auto Locksmith Supply and Support team. This key role involves both the procurement and sales of diagnostic units and associated accessories as well as keys, remotes and transponders. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work at pace in a busy office environment, whilst maintaining high accuracy, organisation and great communication skills with both customers and internal staff. The successful candidate will receive product and in house systems training but a basic understanding of IT and Microsoft office suit is essential in this role. This is a fast paced and interesting role that requires the candidate to work as part of a small team to ensure high levels of customer service are achieved at all times.
The role would suit someone with a background in the Automotive industry or with a parts supply background, although not a must for the right candidate as training will be given.
This is a full time, office based role, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm at our head office near central Taunton. If you think you are the right person for the job, we look forward to hearing from you.
