Play-Based, Reggio-Inspired Nursery
As our nursery continues to grow, we are looking for Level 3 Nursery Practitioners and Room Leaders to join our warm, committed team.

Our practice is play-based and inspired by Reggio Emilia, with strong focus on relationships, wellbeing, and child-led learning.
The Role
- Support children aged 0–4 through play, exploration, and meaningful interactions
- Create a safe, calm, and inclusive environment
- Observe and respond to children’s interests to support learning
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to reflective practice and documentation
Room Leader responsibilities (depending on experience):
- Lead practice within the room
- Support and mentor staff
- Work closely with management to maintain quality
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience in an early years setting
- Passion for child-led, play-based learning
- A team player who wants to grow and stay
- Room Leader experience welcomed but not essential

Pay: £24,420.00-£34,705.50 per year
