Join our Rapid Response Reablement Team, supporting people in their own homes across Exeter and surrounding areas.

Morning shifts only
Full-time, part-time & bank hours available
Driving essential
You’ll support people following hospital discharge or a sudden change in circumstances, helping them regain independence and avoid unnecessary long-term care.

- Block pay from start to finish of your shift – no unpaid gaps between calls

Your role
- Provide short-term, strengths-based reablement support
- Support with personal care, mobility, meals and daily living
- Help people regain confidence and independence
- Record and communicate progress, risks and concerns
- Work alongside OTs, nurses, physios and other professionals
You’ll need
- Full UK driving licence and reliable vehicle
- Caring, flexible and proactive approach
- Ability to work across Exeter and surrounding areas
- Previous care experience desirable but not essential – full training provided
