This role is ideal for someone with site labouring experience who is looking to develop into a skilled landscaper. Full training, support and career progression will be provided for the right person.

About the Role
Working alongside our experienced team, you'll assist in creating premium gardens throughout Ledbury and the surrounding counties. Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to develop new skills while working on award-winning gardens.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with all aspects of landscape construction.
- Mixing concrete and mortar.
- Digging, lifting and general site preparation.
- Cutting stone, paving and timber.
- Assisting with planting and soft landscaping.
- Loading and unloading materials.
- Keeping sites clean, organised and safe.
- Learning to lay paving, setts, fencing, brickwork, turf and other landscape construction skills under the guidance of experienced landscapers.

- Has previous experience working on construction or landscaping sites.
- Is physically fit and enjoys working outdoors in all weather.
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in turning up every day ready to work.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Wants to learn new skills and progress within the landscaping industry.
- Takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
