Job Purpose
The Senior Trading Card Account Manager plays a key role in supporting and developing Precision Proco’s rapidly growing Trading Card division.
The purpose of the role is to provide highly responsive, proactive and commercially aware day-to-day account management support across complex Trading Card projects, ensuring excellent customer experience, strong internal coordination and scalable support for future growth.
Key Performance Indicators
- Improve project turnaround times
- Support achievement of ‘On Time In Full’ targets
- Support growth and retention of client revenue
- Drive strong project coordination and workflow administration
Key Accountabilities:
- Act as a dedicated day-to-day contact for clients
- Manage customer queries, project updates and communication
- Coordinate complex projects across multiple departments
- Liaise closely with Operations, Studio, Commercial, Logistics and Production teams
- Coordinate proofing, artwork approvals and project administration
- Attend production and project meetings to maintain visibility of live work
- Support estimating workflow and ensure accurate transfer of customer requirements
- Assist with international logistics coordination and dispatch communication
- Support continuous improvement of workflow, systems and customer experience
Salary:
£35k plus negotiable dependant on experience and knowledge.
