Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Installation Operative to join our installation team.
Whether you already have experience fitting stone worktops or are looking to begin a rewarding career in the industry, we want to hear from you. Full training will be provided for the right trainee candidate.
Working alongside experienced installers, you'll help deliver and install high-quality stone surfaces in residential and commercial properties, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the delivery and installation of Quartz, Granite, Marble, and Porcelain worktops.
- Safely lift, carry, and manoeuvre stone products on-site.
- Work closely with installation teams to complete projects efficiently and professionally.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Ensure installations meet the company's high standards of quality and finish.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers, contractors, and site personnel.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For
Experienced Candidates
- Previous experience installing stone worktops, kitchens, or similar construction products.
- Confidence using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Trainee Candidates
