We have two surgeries and are fully private, with appointment times that allow the job to be done properly.
The role
This is a split position, and the treatment coordination side is the part of the practice we are building.
As Treatment Coordinator, you will run our records and consultation clinic. This involves welcoming new patients, establishing what they are looking for, taking clinical photographs and intraoral scans, and preparing everything so that the clinician appointment is focused and efficient. You will guide patients through their options and finance arrangements, follow up enquiries, and look after them throughout their treatment journey.
To be clear about scope, diagnosis and treatment planning remain with the clinician. Your role is to gather records, present the options the clinician has set out, and be the person the patient trusts from first contact through to final result.
As Dental Nurse, you will provide chairside support across cosmetic, orthodontic, implant and therapy treatment, alongside decontamination, surgery standards and stock control.
Coordination time will grow as the clinic does. We will agree clear targets with you, and further coordination days become available as consultation volume increases. If you are looking to move away from full time nursing into coordination, this role is designed to take you there.
Days and hours
Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, plus alternate Saturdays agreed in advance. Approximately 40 hours per week including one late clinic each week and Saturdays from 8.30am to 2.30pm. A paid 30 minutes either side of clinical time is included for surgery set up and set down.
Pay and package
£15 per hour,l.
A monthly bonus scheme, paid on treatment plans and plan memberships you coordinate that proceed, and on patient reviews. Our team bonuses are paid every month and are a genuine part of what people earn here.
5.6 weeks paid holiday including bank holidays
GDC registration, indemnity insurance, uniform and annual CPD all covered
About you
GDC registered with current indemnity
Confident with intraoral scanning and clinical photography, or keen to become so
Comfortable talking to patients about what they want, and willing to follow up
Private experience, ideally in cosmetic or orthodontic dentistry
Looking to grow into a coordination role rather than remain purely chairside
TCO training and a radiography qualification are advantageous but not essential, and we will support you through both.
